The Men's Singi X-Anorak is a lightweight, wind-resistant anorak made of high-density cotton weave perfect as a shell layer for winter activities in the mountains. The cotton has been calendered (exposed to pressure and heat) to create a fabric that is water repellent, wind resistant, and well ventilated. It can also be waxed for extra weather protection.  The generous fit and side zippers make it easy to put on and take off and also double as vents in milder conditions. The seams are double-stitched and covered with thin edge tape on the inside, sewn with Coats Dual Duty thread (a high tenacity polyester thread with a filament core and cotton cover) for long-lasting functionality in all weather conditions. The brass buttons have a stainless finish applied using an energy-saving plating technique to reduce water and chemical consumption.  The anorak features a fitted hood with a stiff yet moldable brim and one-step adjustment in the back. It has two hand pockets and one kangaroo pocket all zipped with an internal envelope pocket for essentials. Sleeve cuffs are reinforced with hardwearing piping with reflex yarn, while the hem cord channel is reinforced with Ripstape.
